With this experiential marketing campaign IKEA wanted to help people make the right furnishing choices to fit their style. A digital mirror was set up using Kinect Technology to capture people’s attention and transport them to a better IKEA bedroom. This gave consumers an epiphany and our brand ambassadors encouraged them to share their selfies to win an IKEA bedroom makeover.
Consumers were intrigued by this unique project, never seeing visual communication like this before. Social awareness was increased with many people sharing selfies to win the grand prize.
